Yesterday I ate
Breakfast: scrambled eggs and bacon, and a coffee without my usual sugar
Break at work: half an avocado
Lunch: spinach salad with tuna, cucumber, green pepper and cheese with tuscan italian dressing. A few baby carrots and green peppers cut up. OH AND MY BELOVED DIET COKE.
Snack: Pepperettes…..way too many but mmmmmm
Dinner: Homemade burger with cheese no bun, corn (I know high carb but mmm) and salad with raspberry dressing.
Bessst ever. Remember the time I’m on a “diet” but ate like a king, ya me too. Already excited for my food today.
However I did have a carb dream with a buffet table and all of my favourite things like perogies. I ate them in my dream so I’m fine now hahaaa
